A Laser-Focused Strategy On Child Nutrition

Initiatives

Childhood hunger is a looming crisis with huge future education and health consequences. And yet, Minnesota has enough food. For one thing, we know that existing government child nutrition programs intended to help those living in economic hardship are significantly underutilized – even when children and families qualify.

Hunger Impact Partners is working on four precision-focused initiatives to regularly provide more nutritious meals to our kids.

We will leverage large-scale social change in child hunger-relief to:

  • Elevate opportunities for high-impact nutrition program awareness and understanding
  • Synthesize big data in new and relevant ways
  • Invest in innovation, new partnerships and outcomes
  • Break down barriers to program access and enrollment
